| Files, with all supporting
photos, split into CMYK, uncompressed, with all screen and printer fonts including those used within EPS files.
All scans should be high resolution at 300dpi and uncompressed. A laser proof of the ad should be supplied with the
disk. PC quark QXD files as Apple Mac.
PDF Files: We are happy to receive final artwork as PDF files provided images within them are at CMYK and at 300dpi, all fonts are embedded, all colours are CMYK and all trapping has been set to knockout.
EPS Files: The following can be accepted as long as separated into CMYK and supplied uncompressed; Illustrator EPS, Freehand EPS, Photoshop (EPS or TIFF) or
Pagemaker EPS.
We can accept files on: CD Rom, Zip 100mb or 250mb.

Files
which do not comply with our technical specifications
will not be accepted. All RGB files will be converted
into CMYK printing inks which in some cases could result
in colour variation.
Failure to comply with the listed specifications could
(in extreme cases) result in your advertisement not
reproducing correctly. Although every effort will be
made to avoid this, non-compliance is at your own risk
and no responsibility will be accepted by Machinery
Trade International.
